Angelica Sanchez has run Apple Valley Childcare & Preschool on South 26th in Yakima since 2002. Twenty-four years, and until this week, no website. A Facebook page, a Google listing, and a lot of word of mouth. She wanted all of it tied together in one place. That’s what we built: yakimachildcare.com.

What’s on it
Kindergarten prep up front, because that’s what she actually does. One button on every page that dials her phone, because nobody picks childcare through a contact form. Her state license, inspections, and staff certifications on the page where a worried parent goes looking for them. No prices, because “call for current rates” is the honest answer.
The part worth telling
Partway through the build, we stopped. The building was getting painted, and we didn’t want photos of the before. So the project waited until the paint was dry, and then we shot everything fresh: her rooms, her play yard, her book rack, Angelica on the welcome bench by the front door, and her kids at the dollhouse, with their families’ permission.
Every photo on the site is real. Not one stock image. That’s what it looks like when you build a website with a person instead of pouring their name into a template.
Angelica came to us through BNI Up and Coming, on a referral from Jessinia Rodriguez at Mi Casita Tax Services. Thank you both.
If your business is still living on a Facebook page and word of mouth, give us a call. You’ll get Jeremy.
