Last week was a productive one across our client and internal projects. Here’s a look at the highlights.
Streamlining Medicaid Billing for ICS WA
We successfully got an 837 EDI claim document flowing directly into King County Medicaid for a KeyNotes customer. This milestone means cleaner data transmission, fewer manual errors, and faster reimbursements. It’s a critical piece of infrastructure that helps providers stay compliant while reducing administrative overhead. According to the client this will save them approximately 30% in labor costs.
Improving Assessments at Columbia Counseling
In Wenatchee we’ve been refining their assessment and dimension documents in KeyNotes. These documents form the backbone of clinical care, guiding how treatment plans are written and how outcomes are measured. By cleaning up structure and content, we’re helping providers capture data more clearly while giving patients a better experience.
Internal Progress at Bondbyte
Inside Bondbyte, Inc., we advanced our own Business Management System. These improvements are setting the stage for better operational efficiency. Some things are internal, — from on-boarding, document management to reporting and accounting principals. Each step we take internally strengthens the tools we offer clients.
We’re proud of the progress made and grateful for the partnerships that let us keep pushing technology forward in healthcare and business management.
