Where is my data stored?

Your backups are stored on S3 cloud storage, provisioned in the Oregon region. Your data stays in the Pacific Northwest.

What happens if I need to restore data?

Call us. We handle the restore — remotely for most cases, on-site if needed. There are no egress fees for retrieving your data.

Can you back up just one device?

Yes. We’ll back up a single server, a single workstation, or any combination. No minimum device count.

Do you work with businesses outside Yakima?

We primarily serve Yakima and Central Washington, but we work with businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. If you’re in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho — reach out.
